Alaura got involved with the porn industry in early 2001 at the age of twenty-three. She appeared in a few professional–amateur films such as Deep Inside Dirty Debutantes #46, her first film. She has appeared primarily in gonzo films and a few features. In 2003, she received a nomination for best new starlet from AVN.
